WHAT YOU CAN DO :

Can be used to decorate your Personal family friendly Web site.

You may use my graphics even if you don't have a website and you would like to use them for
scrapbooking or personal printing purposes ONLY.

You can mix and match between the sets

You can create items to print (not to be displayed to the internet) for yourself and as presents
to your family and your friends such as cards, scrapbooking, etc, as long as you/they don't profit
from those items in any way.

You are permitted to add your text in the blank buttons,
banners, cards I provide

YOU MAY NOT:

My graphics may NOT be altered in ANY way.
Do not add, resize, remove recolour, or change any of my graphics at all. You
are NOT permitted to change the format in which they were created, for exemple
change them from .gif to .jpg, etc. Use them as you find them.
You may not make new tiled backgrounds from my graphics by using programs such
as 20/20.
The ONLY exception is you are permitted to add your text in the blank buttons,
banners, cards I provide for this purpose or where otherwise indicated.

Use my graphics to decorate family-friendly sites ONLY.
No site with profanity, racism, nudity, pornography, violence both human and
animal, bad language, any site condemning Human Rights, or similar material is
permitted to use my graphics. I don't want any of my graphics used on any
adult sites. If in your site it's something that I am uncomfortable letting my
children see or read, then I don't consider your site as a family friendly.

Do NOT add my graphics to any other graphics collections and offer them for
download from your site
(You may NOT use them as e-mail stationery) even if it's free. My graphics may
not be redistributed in any form or at any other websites, news, groups,
e-groups & mailing lists. My work is NOT public domain.

Do NOT use my graphics to make new items with them for the internet,
such as awards, tubes, banners, email stationery, Incredimails, e-cards, sig
tags etc or create items to sell. You may only create items to print (not to
be displayed to the internet) for yourself and as presents to your family and
your friends such as cards, scrapbooking, etc.

Do NOT use my graphics on your site and claim them as your own.

Do NOT link directly to my graphics. Save them on your hard drive by
right-clicking on them, then choose "Save as". Direct linking uses my valuable
bandwidth

You many NOT use my graphics in MSN communities sites.
I apologize for those that respect my rules and maintain an MSN site, but the
rules must apply to everyone.

YOU MUST:

Give CREDIT where credit is due. If you use my graphics you must provide a
link to http://www.mariasmix.net/Hastskoj/index.html (even in emails) so that others can find
them, by using one of my logos or a text link. Also the logo must be placed on
each page the graphics are used. A page for "credits" is NOT acceptable.
The URL above is the only one you are going to use to make a link back to this
site. All other pages are changing and evolving.

Please note that I still hold copyright and ownership over my graphics. If you
don't agree or don't understand these "Terms of Use", then please don't use my
graphics. In the event that my "Terms of Use" are not adhered to, I reserve
the right to have you remove all my graphics from your web site and to
discontinue to use them. You in turn agree to remove them upon my request. I
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
